Banking & Finance

According to Chambers Europe, banking and finance practice in Primus Estonian office is described aswell-regarded practice which goes up in the rankings following sustained positive feedback. Advises on a range of financing transactions, with experience in such areas as acquisition, project and real estate finance. Noted for recent involvement in IPO mandates.
