Paulius Docka contributes to Delos Guide to Arbitration Places

In July this year, Delos announced the launch of an international study to develop a Guide to Arbitration Places, known as the “GAP”. The Guide is designed to assist in-house counsel, corporate lawyers and arbitration practitioners with efficiently accessing key insights into a large range of jurisdictions, including for the purposes of negotiating the choice of arbitral seats and conducting arbitral proceedings in those jurisdictions. The Guide will be published online in 2018 and made freely accessible. The initiative is chaired by Professors David D Caron and Maxi Scherer.

A list of sixty-eight reputed, leading law firms contributing chapters to the Guide was recently announced by Delos. In addition to the law firms, Delos is honoured to count on the support of a talented international group of experienced young practitioners (“EYPs”) for the editorial review of the Guide. The list of seventy-three EYPs is presented in the table here and reflects the diversity of the international arbitration community. Primus counsel Paulius Docka was one of the experts who contributed to the development of the Guide.
